GLOBAL MINISTRIES
St. John’s supports the Haiti Medical Mission in Thiotte through various fund raisers, card and jewelry sales, and special offerings. Our church also helps finance the trip for volunteers to serve at the Thiotte clinic. Dr. Tony DeGiovanni, Coordinator (643-4514).
Our church participates in Free Trade programs through the sale of SERRV gift items and Equal Exchange beverages and snacks in the church office and in the gathering area on many Sundays during the year.
Our congregation collects used postage stamps and telephone calling cards. Proceeds purchase recreational equipment for children with disabilities in Tubfrim, Norway. Contact Delores Staff (643-5203)
Members serve the local, national and world community through suggested activities on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day in January.
